From my home based treatment room you will be offered an assessment to help us decide together what sort of treatment is best for you. You can choose from a 30 or 60 minute therapeutic massage or reflexology treatment. These can be for generalised symptoms or to target specific difficulties.
Reflexogy works by stimulating peripheral nerves on the feet or hands, which in turn have a soothing effect on the Central Nervous System (CNS). The CNS coordinates messages between all parts of the body and the brain; which is why Reflexology can benefit the whole body

I am a qualified complimentary therapist and offer therapeutic massage and reflexology. I've done additional training in Reflexogy for lymphatic Drainage (RLD). Treatments will be offered from a treatment area in my home. In Chellaston. Feel free to contact me if you have any questions about the treatments.
